Day 1
You’ll check into your hotel and settle in before a short walk to the village of Puligny-Montrachet for an introductory wine tasting — a perfect first encounter with one of Burgundy’s most celebrated appellations, renowned for its elegant, mineral-driven Chardonnay.
To end your first evening, you’ll dine on the five-course tasting menu at Le Montrachet, COMO’s esteemed restaurant.
Day 2
The morning is spent at a local winery in Puligny-Montrachet, with a guided tour of their expansive vineyards and production facilities, followed by a multi-course lunch paired wine-by-wine with each course.
In the afternoon, your private driver will take you to a second winery in the Côte de Beaune for an in-depth private tour and tasting.
The evening is free to spend as you please — we’re happy to recommend restaurants and arrange private transfers.
Day 3
Today begins with a visit to an esteemed Grand Cru Classé winery bordering the Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits, with a three-course lunch paired with a Grand Cru-infused boeuf bourguignon.
You’ll then be driven into Beaune for a tasting of wines paired with chocolates, followed by free time to explore the town at your own pace. We are happy to make restaurant recommendations and reservations for the evening, or leave room for personal discovery — you may choose to dine in one of the restaurants in town.
Day 4
Time to check out and head to the airport or train station — please enquire if you need any assistance with transportation.
Or, continue the journey: we particularly recommend pairing the Immersive Burgundy with the Gastronomic Lyon. We would also be delighted to arrange a bespoke Côte de Nuits and Chablis itinerary for those who wish to explore further.
