About Us
We’re Emily and John — a father-daughter team building tailor-made wine trips across France. We take care of every detail, from hotels and transport to winery visits, topped off with our own restaurant and local recommendations along the way.
We believe vacations really matter: the chance to relax, discover something new, learn, be entertained, and connect with the people you're with. A truly great trip, in our view, begins with the very first research and booking, runs through the anticipation and the holiday itself, and carries on into a lifetime of reminiscence afterwards.
Emily
Emily took her first trip to wine country at 18 months old — Burgundy, though the wine itself came later. Trips since to Bordeaux, the Rhône, Champagne, Spain, Italy, Germany and California turned that early spark into a genuine career: years working in the wine industry, a WSET Level 2 qualification, and partnerships built directly with growers, châteaux and guides across France — relationships we bring to every trip we plan. Wine, for Emily, is never just wine: it’s food, art, landscape, architecture, shared heritage. It’s what brings people together.
John
John’s career in finance has given him a sharp understanding of the administration, legal and financial considerations that go into running a successful business — the kind of behind-the-scenes detail you shouldn’t have to think about, but can always feel the benefit of when it’s done properly. Just as importantly, it’s taught him the value of genuine relationships — with customers and suppliers alike — and what real customer service looks like when it’s done right.
Together, we design each tour around you, not a template. Our hope is that in 10 or 20 years, when you're sharing a bottle of something special with the people you love, you're transported straight back to the vineyard, the chateau, or the city where you first tasted it.
