Day 1
Check into your luxury five-star hotel, COMO Cordeillan-Bages, set in the village of Bages, in Pauillac. If you are arriving from Bordeaux airport or the train station, we are happy to arrange private transfers for you.
If you are arriving early to the region, we can arrange a late-afternoon tour and tasting at a local winery. To start your trip in style, you’ll indulge in the 6-course tasting menu at the hotel’s restaurant, Le Cordeillan — led by triple-Michelin-starred chef Fabien Ferré.
Day 2
Your first full day will begin with a whimsical stroll through the Bages village to Château Lynch-Bages. Here, you’ll have a fully guided tour of their cutting-edge facilities — designed by the son of Louvre architect I. M. Pei — followed by a tasting of three wines from the family estates.
The fairytale Bages village, described as the “Disneyland of wines”, is home to Café Lavinal on the square directly opposite Château Lynch-Bages. You will enjoy lunch here after the short walk across the square, with time to browse the boutique shops selling local wine, homeware, and accessories.
After lunch, your private chauffeur will collect you for an afternoon visiting two further Grand Cru Classé wineries in the Médoc for in-depth tours and tastings.
You will have a free evening back at the hotel, and we are happy to make restaurant recommendations and reservations.

It’s time to check out and head home — or on to your next destination!
